Qiulai Wood officially launches ISO 9001 quality management system certification

To improve quality management and standardize production processes, Qiulai Wood Co., Ltd. has officially launched the ISO 9001 quality management system certification in the second quarter of 2026.This is an important step for the company towards standardized and normalized production.

Certification Progress: Currently in the system operation phase

As of May 2026, the ISO 9001 certification work has completed the following milestones:

• Phase 1 (March 2026): Completed the writing of quality management system documents, including quality manual, procedure documents, work instructions, etc.
• Phase 2 (April 2026): Completed internal audit and management review, conducted systematic inspection of the entire production process.
• Phase 3 (May 2026 to present): System is officially running, collecting operational data, preparing for external audit.

It is expected to complete all certification work by the end of 2026 and obtain the ISO 9001:2015 certification.

What does ISO 9001 mean for customers?

ISO 9001 quality management system certification is not just a certificate; it means that Qiulai Wood has reached international standards in production management:

• Process Standardization: From raw material entry to finished product shipment, every step has clear SOPs and quality inspection points.
• Traceability: Each batch of products has complete production records and quality inspection reports, traceable to specific production teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Established a closed-loop mechanism of customer feedback → problem analysis → process improvement.
• Customer Rights Protection: Non-conforming products are not shipped, and quality issues can be traced.

IPPC Fumigation Qualification Being Processed Simultaneously

At the same time, Qiulai Wood's IPPC fumigation treatment qualification (in compliance with ISPM 15 international standard) is also being processed concurrently. The factory has already been equipped with dedicated fumigation chambers and related equipment to meet the fumigation treatment needs of export wooden packaging boxes. The official qualification certificate is expected to be obtained simultaneously with ISO 9001.

Why start certification now?

Qiulai Wood has been engaged in wood processing and manufacturing since 2012, and the brand was officially registered in 2022. With the continuous increase in the proportion of export packaging customers, more and more customers — especially foreign trade companies — consider ISO 9001 as a basic threshold for supplier qualification. Starting the certification is not only to meet the needs of existing customers but also to lay a management foundation for future development.
