IPPC Fumigation Service Upgrade: One-Stop Processing for Export Wood Packaging Boxes

📅 April 10, 2026 Service Upgrade Export

Export wood packaging boxes must undergo IPPC fumigation—this is a mandatory requirement in international trade. Qiulai Wood recently completed the expansion and renovation of its own fumigation chamber, enabling batch processing of wood packaging boxes and pallets, with fumigation efficiency more than doubled.

What Has Been Upgraded?

Full-Process Export Packaging Service

Qiulai Wood's export packaging service now forms a complete closed loop. Customers only need to provide cargo information, and we take care of the rest:

  1. On-Site Measurement: Technicians visit the site to measure equipment/cargo dimensions and understand transportation mode and destination requirements
  2. CAD Design: Design packaging solutions based on cargo center of gravity and vulnerable points, then produce after customer confirmation
  3. Custom Production: Process according to drawings, available in closed crates, frame crates, or lattice crates
  4. IPPC Fumigation: Apply IPPC marking after fumigation treatment and issue fumigation certificate
  5. On-Site Packing: Large equipment can be packed, reinforced, and labeled on site at the customer's location

Which Cargo Requires IPPC Fumigation?

Exception: Plywood, OSB, MDF, and other engineered wood products do not require fumigation. If you want to avoid fumigation treatment, a plywood solution can be used as an alternative.
